It has **everything you need to succeed**—competition-grade power racks, deadlift platforms, calibrated plates, specialty bars (including a deadlift bar and squat bar), bands, chains, and equipment for accessory work. The atmosphere is **focused yet welcoming**, making it perfect for both competitive lifters and those just getting into the sport.

What really sets this gym apart is the **owner**. Not only is he friendly and approachable, but he genuinely **listens to members** and takes feedback seriously. Whether you need technique advice, programming tips, or just a spot on a heavy set, he’s there to help. It’s rare to find a gym where the owner is so invested in the members’ success.

If you’re serious about powerlifting and want a gym that feels like a **true lifting community**, this is the place. After decades in the sport, I can confidently say this gym is built for lifters, by lifters. **Highly recommended

  Probably one of the better gyms I've been to up in OC. Everything is kept so CLEAN and new. The gym provides you with chalk for those that have issues with grip and there are brushes for you to clean the chalk off the bar as well. Has all the necessary equipment for all of the staple exercises (squat rack, bench, hip thrust, lateral pull downs, dumbbells) etc.
  
  The owner Mike is a great guy, we had a great conversation and he truly cares about the gym and the community he is building here. He offers personal training/personal plans for those that are interested, otherwise he offers month to month/yearly rates as well depending on what your needs are Mike will work with you. I will be coming back quite often as this gym is so close to me!
